With more than 17 years of healthcare leadership experience, Jeanna brings a unique combination of operational expertise, people leadership, and process optimization to the organization. She is a Registered Nurse whose career began in emergency medicine, providing frontline care in high-acuity emergency department settings before transitioning into healthcare leadership.

In her current role as Manager of Case Management for a national health insurance organization, Jeanna leads a team of 34 professionals while overseeing critical operational initiatives focused on quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and organizational performance. Her expertise includes process development, workflow optimization, HEDIS quality measures, CMS audit preparedness, and cross-functional team leadership.
